also warten wir halt weiter ab.
SILVERADO ADMINISTRATOR RECEIVES AWARD FROM STATE OF ALASKA
August 31, 2005 - Fairbanks , Alaska – USA - Vancouver, BC – Canada
SILVERADO - OTCBB: SLGLF / Frankfurt : SLGL / Berlin : SLGL
A press release recently issued by Alaska Senator Lisa Murkowski states: “the (energy) bill also provides potential aid for development of low-rank coal-water fuel projects. The State has two such projects under potential development, one intending to use Beluga coal – the Silverado Green Fuels project – to make boiler fuel for export to the Pacific Rim, and a second project that intends to use Healy coal to make aviation and diesel fuels for use in the Alaska market”. Visit this link to read: http://murkowski.senate.gov/pressapp/record.cfm?id=241618
Silverado Green Fuel Inc. is continuing to work with the United States government to receive an appropriation for the LRCWF Demonstration Project. This grant will allow the project to get underway. “We are very pleased with the work done to date” said Garry Anselmo, Chairman and CEO of Silverado.
Silverado also reports today that Roger Burggraf, its Administrator, has been awarded the Golden Citizen’s Award from the Governor of the State of Alaska. The congratulatory letter may be read here: http://www.silverado.com/citizenaward.htm
Earlier this year Edward J. Armstrong, the President of Silverado Green Fuel Inc. was awarded the 2004 Republican Gold Medal Award. That award was given for showing outstanding leadership in business and for displaying a commitment to President Ronald Regan’s vision for entrepreneurial business. Please visit the following web link to read more about this award: http://www.silverado.com/releasejanuary202005.htm
Both Mr. Burggraf and Mr. Armstrong, have made vital contributions to the Company over the past 27 years; such contributions among other things have assisted the Company in becoming authorized by the United States Government to receive funds for Silverado Green Fuel Inc.’s new Low-Rank Coal-Water Fuel demonstration facility. These awards also disclose and confirm the high moral values and extreme work ethic practiced by Silverado’s people.

October 6, 2005 - Fairbanks , Alaska – USA - Vancouver, BC – Canada
Last Friday, September 30 the United States Congress passed, and President Bush signed House Joint Resolution 68 which provided the Government with the funding necessary to continue operating. The 2006 fiscal year begins on October 1. If the resolution had not passed, the government would have been left without Congressionally approved funding for most of its programs.
Many of the appropriation bills, including the energy and water development appropriations, have not yet been sent to the U.S. House and Senate for a final vote. They are still being worked on in House-Senate conference committees to iron out any differences between the versions passed by the two legislative bodies.
" If you look at the recent history of the Congressional appropriations process, more often than not, Congress is forced to pass a continuing resolution because they haven't completed the 13 appropriation bills necessary to keep the government running," said Garry Anslemo, CEO and President of Silverado Gold Mines Ltd. " We are still working with federal, as well as state and local officials who support the LRCWF Demonstration Project and are looking at several different funding options -- including the stalled appropriation process in Congress. We remain confident about the funding opportunities and are excited about getting this project underway as the first step in providing commercial quantities of LRCWF."
The continuing resolution is set to expire on November 18, 2005. If the appropriation bills remain unpassed, Congress can either pass another continuing resolution in the hope that they will be able to pass the remaining appropriation bills prior to adjourning for the year. Or, Congress can combine all outstanding appropriation bills into a larger bill called " The Omnibus Package" . The omnibus package would contain all appropriations not already passed and would be the final vote in funding government projects for fiscal year 2006.

KÜRZLICH VERABSCHIEDETEN \"ENERGY BILL II\"
14. Oktober 2005 - Fairbanks, Alaska - USA - Vancouver, BC - Kanada
SILVERADO - OTCBB: SLGLF / Frankfurt: SLGL / Berlin: SLGL
Letzten Freitag, den 7. Oktober, hat das US Repräsentantenhaus die Vorlage
3893 verabschiedet.
sicherstellen neben anderen vorrangigen nationalen Aufgaben.
Regierung angesehen.\"

FAIRBANKS, AK and VANCOUVER, Oct. 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Last Friday, October 7, the United States House of Representatives passed H.R. 3893, The Gasoline for America's Security Act of 2005 - commonly known as the " Energy Bill II" , a reference to the long-awaited Energy Bill that was passed and signed into law this past summer.
The Energy Bill that was signed into law on August 8 authorized the development of low-rank coal-water fuel at several locations in the legislation. " Energy II" addresses the lack of refining capability in the United States, and most significantly for Silverado Green Fuel Inc., it also includes the definition of a refinery as " ...a facility designed and operated to receive, load, unload, store, transport, process and refine coal by any chemical or physical process, including liquefaction, in order to produce ...liquid fuel as its primary output..."
" I am very happy to see the continued support the United States Congress is giving the coal to liquid fuel process. The language in H.R. 3893 clearly shows that the intent of the House of Representatives is to continue the support they began when they authorized our Low-Rank Coal-Water Fuel Project in the first Energy Bill," said Garry Anselmo, Chairman and CEO of Silverado Green Fuel Inc. " We at Silverado have realized for years that low-rank coal-water fuel is one of the critical keys to easing America's energy crisis. It is clearly evident that this is a product and process whose time has come, and the U.S. Congress recognizes the role coal plays in filling the urgent need for America to be energy self-sufficient."
The legislation also addresses the petroleum needs of the United States military, making provisions for refineries whose exclusive purpose would be to supply the Armed Forces, among other national priority needs.
According to Anselmo, " Silverado has many funding options available at this time along with private options. We continue to work with not only federal officials, but those at the state and local level as well. We are extremely optimistic about our Low-Rank Coal-Water Fuel Project, and have been well-received at all levels of government."

AT NOLAN GOLD MINE
December 05, 2005 - Fairbanks , Alaska – USA - Vancouver, BC – Canada
SILVERADO - OTCBB: SLGLF / Frankfurt : SLGL / Berlin : SLGL
Experienced mining crews are now onsite at Silverado’s 100% owned Nolan Gold Project in the Brooks Range of Alaska located 280 road miles north of Fairbanks. They have installed a new portal to access the Swede Channel. The ongoing project is focused on extending the underground workings installed in the Swede Channel during the winter of 1998-1999 to extract a bulk sample. This sample yielded 623 ounces of gold from 7625 bank cubic yards of gravel or 0.08 oz/yard, including the 14.06 troy ounce nugget pictured below.
Nugget is currently on display at Taylor’s Gold-n-Stones Jewelry Store located in Fairbanks, Alaska.
Installation of the portal began as of November 30, 2005, and the drift workings will advance daily, with miners working around the clock. Preparatory work was completed over the past 20 days, and included servicing and maintenance on the specialized equipment necessary to begin the underground phase of this project. The fleet of equipment used in this program includes low profile loaders, or muckers, which are specially designed to minimize tunnel clearance heights, and are able to maneuver in a tight turning radius. Percussion drills are used to bore a series of holes into the face of the frozen gravels, which are carefully blasted in sequence. The fragmented material is then scooped up by the muckers and transported to the stockpile. Ventilation fans pump large volumes of air into the workings to provide fresh air and to exhaust fumes from machinery and blast rounds. After the portal is completed, daily advance along the channel is projected to be about 20 feet per day.
Once the 1998-1999 bulk sample area is accessed, the new workings will advance toward and then beyond a drill hole about 250 feet further into the channel which produced a high grade sample valued at 0.22 ounces of gold to the bank cubic yard. This drill sample is significantly higher than the average grade of 0.08 ounces per bank cubic yard which was obtained from the bulk sample. Samples will be taken daily and carefully analyzed to document the pay horizons. Once the main drift is completed, the crews will retreat mine back toward the portal, widening the drift for the full width of the channel pay zone. The excavation phase of the project is scheduled to be completed by early March of 2006.
We will report next when the miners hit the pay zone.

U.S. GOVERNMENT AND SILVERADO
AN INTEGRATED GASIFICATION COMBINED CYCLE (IGCC) FUEL, PETROCHEMICAL AND POWER ECOPLEX BASED ON LOW-RANK COAL (LRC)
December 07 , 2005 - Fairbanks , Alaska – USA - Vancouver, BC – Canada
SILVERADO - OTCBB: SLGLF / Frankfurt : SLGL / Berlin : SLGL
BACKGROUND INFORMATION
The lower cost route to fuels and petrochemicals from coal is to first gasify coal with steam and oxygen or air into synthesis gas (CO and H2) and then catalytically reform the synthesis gas into a wide spectrum of fuels and petrochemicals. The catalytic reformation process is designated as the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis or process, in honor of the German developers.
Arguably the most environmentally benign gasification process is based on high pressure slurry fed gasifiers developed by Texaco. Texaco gasifiers were coupled with General Electric’s gas-fired turbines to generate power. GE Energy recently acquired the Texaco gasification technology and now offers a complete package for cleanly turning coal into power.
Due to their high inherent moisture levels, low-rank coals (LRCs) were not considered good feedstocks for Texaco gasification. High-rank bituminous coals and petroleum coke were preferred feedstocks to make concentrated slurries for feed to Texaco gasifiers. However, the development of Silverado’s hydrothermal treatment process enables LRCs to be formulated into low-rank coal-water fuels (LRCWFs) with solids content approaching those of high-rank bituminous coals and petroleum coke. Thus, hydrothermal treatment will make it possible to apply Texaco gasification to be extended to all ranks of coal; in particular, Silverado’s LRCWF.
THE PROCESS
This URL: http://www.silverado.com/ecoplex/ shows a flow diagram illustrating how LRCWF, GE’s Texaco Gasification and Gas Turbine Generating Technology, and a variety of advanced Gas to Liquid processes can be integrated into an environmentally benign low-rank coal refinery, a LRC Ecoplex. The variety of products that could be produced by the Ecoplex would include:
LRCWF – a low cost alternative to oil for use in IGCC plants and utility and industrial oil-designed boilers;
Carbon Dioxide (CO2) – CO2 can be recovered for sale to enhanced oil recovery operations where it would remain sequestered in the oil reservoir rather than emitted to the atmosphere;
Synthesis Gas (CO + H2) – For fuel to gas-fired turbines, feedstock to existing fertilizer plants, feed to hydrogen plants, and feedstocks for a variety of gas to liquids plants; and
Electric Power.
In the conceptual facility, low-rank coal is hydrothermally treated to produce a concentrated LRCWF using waste heat and power from the GE Texaco gasification/gas turbine generating complex. As illustrated in the attachment, a portion of the LRCWF is used as the feedstock for the gasifier, with the balance being available for sale as a low-cost alternative to oil in the international petroleum market. LRCWF enjoys all the benefits of liquid handling, storage, and transportation and it can be produced for under $13 per barrel on an oil equivalent energy basis. LRCWF that is not used in the in-house gasification facility can be shipped by pipeline, rail and/or ocean tankers to utility and industrial oil users in the international market place.
In the conceptual design GE’s Texaco gasifiers with their emission control technologies would convert LRCWF and O2 into synthesis gas (CO+H2). Synthesis gas would be split between a number of end uses depending on demand. Some would be used to power the GE’s gas-fired turbine generators. Some of the gas would be available for sale to existing fertilizer plants. At some later date one or more Fischer-Tropsch type gas to liquids plants could be added. A likely candidate for a Silverado Coal Ecoplex would be the production of sulfur free diesel and other fuels.
A LRC Ecoplex offers products in a number of different markets and allows some flexibility in modifying the product distribution based on market demand. For example, a down turn in one market can be offset by increased sales of other products. A LRC Ecoplex could also be built on a modular basis for most unit operations and new modules could easily be added as markets grow.
To complete an Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle Fuel, Petrochemical and Power Ecoplex based on Low-Rank Coal is Silverado’s ultimate goal. This vision has caught the attention of the United States Government and many of its departments. They, with Silverado, are working vigorously to complete all fundings necessary to initiate this project at its earliest possible date, that we may together bring North America and then the World into fuel self sufficiency in a comprehensive cost efficient and environmentally safe and responsible manner.
This press release was prepared by Dr. Warrack Willson – Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry and a Supervisory Chemical Engineering Rating from the U.S. Civil Service Commission, a qualified person under NI 43 -101 standards.
