Pearl Asian Mining (OTC: PAIM) announced today that its Engineering Team, led by Chief Mining Officer (CMO) Engineer Cesar Rosales, submitted the work plan on "Operation Cagayan de Oro." This is slated to commence the development of the gold mining site once the Small Scale Mining Permit (SSMP) is secured. The site is located about 3 hours south east of Cagayan de Oro (River of Gold) City, Mindanao Island, Philippines, which is approximately 1 1/2 hours flight south of Manila.
Initially, CMO Engineer Rosales reported, "The Team had determined that considerable amounts of gold and other precious mineral resources are indeed present in the area. This is based upon the information relayed by the Higaonon (local tribesmen) elders to the PAIM Gold Team, regarding the historical and current small-scale mining activities of the Tribe's Chieftain.
"The mining operation will start small with a minimum of 3 tons/day production due to manual breaking and hauling of ores. Once we operate the mine, our target is to increase our production output from 3 tons/day to 150 tons/day. The tonnage will increase when we find additional veins for mining. Together with Senior Geologist Reggie Selvano and OIC Engr. Jonathan Mercado we will be conducting reconnaisance and prospecting in the area to look for the best site for our tailings dam. The mining method to be employed is tunneling (stoping). The processing method to be used in our operation is environment friendly and is in accordance with the Pearl Asian's vision and mission. The process will depend on the specific gravity of gold and will not require the use of acids that are known to be destructive to the environment and harmful to health. Of course, actual operations will commence once we obtain our SSMP, which is currently being processed."
The entire mining plant will be fabricated from China. President/CEO Randolf Villanueva and Chief Metallurgist Elvis Hidalgo are scheduled to visit the manufacturing center during the week of June 1st to the 4th to finalize the purchase and shipping of the mining plant.
Sr. Geologist Selvano and group will prospect for additional reserves to assist the operation in providing available veins/veinlets to be mined. Landslide is prone in the area due to hydraulicking, this will be included in the geo-hazard analysis to safely locate the site of our mill facilities and bunkhouses. The present scenario of the area, particularly the environment will be documented, and will be included in our environmental report. Civil Engineer Mike Penalosa will lead the design and construction of the staff house, warehouse and the structures needed in the mill site. Site grading will be done to level the ground in the near future. Backhoes will be used in the tailings dam construction thus making the work fast and easy.
Our Mechanical Engineers will do the planning to install and maintain all the equipment and machines of the mine and mill. Construction of small dams for the embankment of water is to be used for water supply. Brother Manny, the Chief Community Relation Officer, will orient the host and nearby communities regarding the activities of Pearl Asian Mining Industries. He will also address the basic needs of the community such as building schools, a chapel, already under construction, safe water systems, etc. He will coordinate with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources to acquire seedlings to be planted around the mine site, thus helping to develop a relationship with the community.
Chief Metallurgist Engr. Elvis Hidalgo will be in charge of the laboratory analysis of the samples and refining our products. Prior to the mining operation, the Metallurgical Laboratory & Gold Refinery will be constructed on the newly acquired industrial lot. The permits and licenses for the construction of the gold refinery in Cagayan de Oro are already in the process. "We are targeting to start the construction of the gold refinery and laboratory complex in July, 2006," exclaimed V.P. & Chief Chemist Engr. Gary Gotanco.
The Metallurgical Laboratory & Gold Refinery is centrally located, just adjacent to the Airport of Cagayan De Oro, for easy access and transport of the gold & silver powders to Geneva, Switzerland for final Hallmarking and Gold Silver Bullion production.

Pearl Asian Mining Industries To Purchase Small Scale Processing Plant Up To 16+ Tons/Day Production In The Placer Gold Recovery of ''Operation Cagayan De Oro''

Pearl Asian Mining (OTC: PAIM) announced today that President/CEO Randolf Villanueva and Chief Metallurgist, Elvis Hidalgo had a successful visit to China in order to purchase the gold processing plant designed for the "Operation Cagayan de Oro" Project.
President/CEO Randolf Villanueva and Chief Metallurgist, Elvis Hidalgo met with Mr. Xie Feng, the manager of (CNGC) China National Gold Corp. - the biggest gold mining company of China with an annual gold production of 70 tons. They visited Shenyang to see the Tianlin Gold Processing Plant & Refinery and the town of Dalian which is the manufacturing site of their gold equipment to be used for Placer gold recovery.
President Villanueva and Chief Metallurgist Hidalgo brought along at least 30kg of Gold Ores from Cagayan De Oro's mine samples for testing. "We ran their equipment using our ORE as feed. We are very impressed on the capability of the equipment - it really works! They gave us live demonstrations and we have witnessed that the equipment are indeed very useful in our gold projects in Cagayan de Oro. We were able to extract some gold from the samples that we brought!" exclaimed President Villanueva.
They also visited Dandong, a small scale minesite some 50 miles away from Dalian, which uses the same processing plant that PAIM will buy and use for its mine site. The Gold Processing Plant will be fabricated and should be available for delivery within 2-3 weeks.

90% Buy Back of Pearl Asian Mining Industries' Common Shares Will Be Automatic With The Exchange Date Effective June 15, 2006
MANILA, Philippines--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 12, 2006--
Pearl Asian Mining Industries, Inc. (OTC: PAIM) announced that the exchange date will be effective June 15, 2006, for the company to buy back approximately 27,000,000,000 or 90% of its issued and outstanding common shares using a convertible debenture.
After a lengthy meeting with NASDAQ, DTC and our transfer agent, it had been confirmed that there is no X-Date or record date for this buy-back exchange.
Pearl Asian Mining Industries had announced last month that the record date for this action was June 1, 2006. However, no record date is required. The exchange date is going to be automatic for all shareholders holding common shares through DTC with the exchange date to be June 15, 2006.
The Shareholders holding through DTC will not have to do anything in this exchange, as this will be a mandatory exchange and automatically done through the same process. A stop transfer will be placed on shares outstanding on June 15, 2006, regarding shareholders that fail to surrender 90% of their common shares for exchange on June 15, 2006. The stop transfer will not be released until those shares are surrendered in exchange for the CDs.
The buy back rate is that for every common share surrendered, Pearl Asian will pay $0.001, the par value of the common shares in the form of convertible debentures, when held to the maturity of 5 years. The CD is to be paid on the 5th year without interest. The debentures can be converted back to common shares at a fixed rate of $0.01 per share at any time on or before maturity, upon surrender of the CD to the company or its transfer agent.
As an example, a shareholder owning 1,000,000 common shares will keep 100,000 common shares and receive a CD with a face value of $900 due and payable in 5 years without interest. In this example, any time during the 5 years, the holder will be entitled to convert that CD to 90,000 common shares.

Konnte Euch nicht schreiben, da ich im Spital war.
Wie bereits weiter oben erwähnt, betraf es, bei den letzten News, nur die Stammaktien.
Wir haben ja die Vorzüge und darum harre ich der Dinge die da kommen werden.
Kicky scheint mir sehr skeptisch, was die Zukunft dieser Minenfirma betrifft.
Freue mich aber sehr, über jede Kritik.
Die Förderung beginnt bereits im Juli. Das hört sich ja bereits gut an!
Gold ist auch genug da, wurde bereits berichtet.
War zwar noch nicht mit einem Metalldetektor vor Ort, bin aber doch wesentlich optimistischer, wie Kicky, eingestellt.
Da ich vom Anfang an dabei sein möchte, habe ich mir eine größere Menge, als Langfristanlage, ins Depot gelegt. Und da bleiben sie auch!
