First of all, ANYONE screaming a R/S is healthy, good, improves share value..ECT is an IDIOT!
SECOND..FOR MGMT to MENTION R/S on top of the DILUTION we suffered shows HORRIBLE judgement and a total lack of concern for current share holders!
PLEASE contact MGMT ASAP and ask them to DELAY or RECONSIDER R/S!
