ORDER PURSUANT TO BANKRUPTCY CODE SECTION 1121(d) EXTENDING
THE EXCLUSIVE PERIODS DURING WHICH ONLY THE TSC DEBTORS
MAY FILE A CHAPTER 11 PLAN AND SOLICIT ACCEPTANCES THEREOFUpon the motion (the “Motion”)2 of the TSC Debtors for the entry of an order, pursuant
to section 1121(d) of title 11 of the United States Code (the “Bankruptcy Code”) extending
(i) the exclusive period of time during which only the TSC Debtors may file a plan of
reorganization (the “Excusive Filing Period”) and (ii) the period of time during which only the
TSC Debtors may solicit acceptances of a plan of reorganization (the “Exclusive Solicitation
Period,” and, together with the Exclusive Filing Period, the “Exclusive Periods”); this Court
finds and concludes that the Court has jurisdiction over the subject matter of the Motion and the
relief requested therein pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 157 and 1334; this is a core proceeding
pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157(b); the legal and factual bases set forth in the Motion and on the
record at the hearing establish just cause for the relief granted herein; the relief requested in the
Motion appears to be in the best interests of the TSC Debtors, their estates and their creditors;
notice of the Motion was sufficient, and no other or further notice need be provided; and no

objections having been filed; and after due deliberation and sufficient cause appearing therefor, it
is HEREBY ORDERED that:
1. The Motion is granted to the extent set forth herein.
2. Pursuant to Bankruptcy Code section 1121(d), the Exclusive Filing Period for
each of the TSC Debtors is hereby extended through and including August 15, 2011 and the
Exclusive Solicitation Period for each of the TSC Debtors is hereby extended through and
including October 14, 2011.
3. This Order is without prejudice to the TSC Debtors’ express right to seek further
extensions of the Exclusive Periods pursuant to Bankruptcy Code section 1121(d) and without
prejudice to the rights of any other party in interest pursuant to Bankruptcy Code section
1121(d).
4. The TSC Debtors are authorized to take all actions necessary to effectuate the
relief granted pursuant to this Order and in accordance with the Motion.
5. This Court shall retain jurisdiction with respect to all matters arising from or
relating to the implementation of this order.

...wir muessen mal sehen, wie der Markt das Ganze aufnimmt. Auf jeden Fall ist der folgende Satz darin schon mal interessant:

hab bloß noch Mini-Posi die ich bei Bedarf aufstocke......aber derzeit hab ich mich erstmal größten Teils verabschiedet
glaube zwar kaum dass das was hilft aber schaun wir mal...die Hoffnung stirbt zuletzt.....
wenn ja, was passiert hier im September? Aus dem Yahooforum werde ich nicht wirklich schlau.

Die Frage ist ob hier überhaupt nochmal ein Lebenszeichen kommt (bei dem aktuellen Kurs, kann es schnell mal 100-200% nach oben schießen!) oder das Ding als Depotleiche abgeschrieben werden muss...
