Elite Pharmaceuticals and Hi-Tech Pharmacal Sign a Development and Supply Agreement for a Generic Intermediate of a Prescription

Elite Pharmaceuticals, Inc. ("Elite" or the "Company") (OTCBB:ELTP) and Hi-Tech Pharmacal Co., Inc. ("Hi-Tech) (Nasdaq:HITK) today announced that they have entered into an agreement for Elite to develop for Hi-Tech an intermediate for a generic version of a prescription product for which the branded product had sales in 2010 of over $100 million.
Under the terms of the agreement, Elite will undertake a developmental program for an intermediate product that Hi-Tech shall then incorporate into a final product. Hi-Tech, or its designees, shall be responsible for the filing of the Abbreviated New Drug Application ("ANDA") for the finished product and the ANDA will be filed under the Hi-Tech name. Upon approval of the ANDA, Elite will manufacture the intermediate product. Hi-Tech will manufacture the final product and will be responsible for the marketing and sales of the final product. Hi-Tech will pay Elite milestone payments for the development work. Upon commercialization, Elite will receive payment for the manufacturing of the intermediate product and a percentage of the profits generated from the sale of the product.

t gap. schaut im RT. chart was heute alles gekauft wurde. das waren große fische. hier kommt was fettes  

gehen wir weiter hoch. SAEI lässt grüßen. ein großer deal kommt und die nächste major news ist nicht weit. es hätte heute schon viel weiter hoch gehen können, doch die firma hat ein paar neue aktien auf den markt geschmissen, das hat uns unten gehalten. ist aber ganz nochmal. float trotzdem noch unter 100 mio. das ist super. morgen geht es sofort hoch. denn es ist kein vk druck vorhanden. und gestern + heute wurde so massiv gekauft, das hier ein großer up move zu erwarten ist. morgen schnelle 100-300%.

aktien gehandelt. vorher war hier kein vol. zu sehen. hinzu kommt ein K-8 filing + super news über ein abkommen mit HITK (nasdaq) gelistet. "Elite Pharmaceuticals und Hallo-Tech Pharmacal Signieren eines Entwicklungs-und Liefervertrag für generische Intermediate". durch einen solchen auftrag steigt ELTP in eine andere liga auf. sie nehmen nun richtig viel geld ein. daher diese enorme käufe von groß investoren die letzten beiden tage. und wenn 2 mio.$ in 2 tagen durch eine solche aufsteigende firma fließen, kann man von stark steigenden kursen in den nächsten tagen ausgehen. mein kursziel für heute 0,1. weitere news werden ganz sicher heute oder in den nächsten tagen folgen.  

mit einem kleinen up gap starten könnten. orderbuch sieht richtig gut aus. geht ab 15:30 sicher sofort richtung 0,08-0,1. kurse von 0,4-0,5 in den nächsten tagen/wochen sind hier durchaus realisierbar.

die 0,06 starten werden. das ask im orderbuch ist verdammt dünn. kommt beim start kauf volumen wovon ich stark ausgehe, ist die 0,1 in 0,nix durch.
