Aber das ist mal ein Ansatz für einen Zahlenfetischisten wie mich :-)!
Dann steigt auch der Kurs, alles andere sind m.M. nach nette Spielchen, aber nicht Kursfördernd !

Letztendliches ist aber nur das Adjustet Net Inccome wesentlich und auch nur kassenwirksam.

Auf dem momentanen Baisis sind das im nationalen Bereich Daily Deals von ca. 3 Millionen im Jahr, was einem Umsatz (nur Provisionen) von einer Million entspricht.
Direct Subscribers (Exact Match Products) grew 74% in only a half year from 489 in Q3/2011 to 864 in Q3/2012.
Bei durchschnittlichen monatlichen Erlösen von ca. 250 Dollar und im Schnitt z.B. auch nur 1.000 Subscribern würde daraus eine Erlösquelle von 3 Millionen entstehen. Da die Fixkosten bei einer derartigen Plattform im Vordergrund stehen, dürfte nach dem Erreichen der Gewinnschwelle ein Großteil der zusätzlichen Erlöse den Gewinn steigern. Die Zahl der potenziellen Kunden ist zumindest gigantisch und hier sehe ich ählich wie bei den Rovion-Produkten erstmal gigantische Synergien. Synergien gab es sicher auch früher bei anderen Produkten, aber bei weitem nicht in dem Ausmaß.
