das mittelfristige Ziel von 1,50€ bis 2€ sein und das Ziel bis Sommer 2011 3€, da damit klar ist, daß die Momis Regierung die Politik von Bougainville bestimmt. Das Tempo der Momis Regierung konnten wir ja in den letzten 2 Monaten beobachten.

Chief administrator’s appointment clarified

BOUGAINVILLE President John Momis and legal adviser Chris Siriosi yesterday explained that the Bougainville Peace Agreement and the National Constitution were not “silent” on the appointment of the chief administrator.
Mr Siriosi in his legal advice to the ABG and the National Government said: “the procedural arrangements agreed to by the ABG with the National Government were merely arrangements of ‘political convenience’ and do not change the reading of section 14 of the Organic Law on Peace-Building in Bougainville. The law which provides the process for the appointment of a person to the office of the Bougainville chief administrator is provided by the combined operations of the Bougainville Peace Agreement, the National Constitution and the Organic Law on peace building in Bougainville. The specific provisions are clause 197 of the Bougainville Peace Agreement and section 14 and 16 (2) (b) of the Organic Law on peace building in Bougainville. Section 297 (2) of the National Constitution provides for the minimum requirements for the consultation between the National Government.” Mr Siriosi explained that the laws used by the ABG to appoint Lawrence Disin as the region’s new chief administrator were correct. Mr Momis sought his advice from Mr Siriosi and made the appointment. “Bougainville is not a provincial government any more. As far as I am concerned, as far as the legal advisers are concerned, it is the ABG that is only the legal and legitimate authority that can appoint the chief administrator.
“The Provincial and Local Level Government laws do not apply. Bougainville now has a special arrangement. The Provincial and Local Level Government law has no effect on Bougainville. The Provincial and LLG do not have any jurisdiction in Bougainville. The National Constitution was amended by us to exclude Bougainville from the application of the Organic Law on Provincial and Local Level Government,” Mr Momis said.  

Damit ist natürlich nach USA gemeint ;-))))

.......available, i didn't know that, if that is new there is a real possibility that IG is buying to hedge their customers who are long the CFD.

It's not new - but maybe they have a little bit more open positions .....
Please don't forget to buy also the real share, since nobody of us knows how they settle their open positions

Problem der CFD's ist, daß "manchmal" "zufällig" der Kurs der Aktie heftige Bewegungen macht. Zufällig gerade so, daß der Knock Out Punkt erreicht wird.

Ist das wirklich so? Ich denke die ermitteln net positions, rechnen irgendwelche Risikoszenarien und decken sich dann evtl. ein.

Ich trau den Kammeraden nicht - im Zweifel leihen die sich bei so engen Werten lieber ein paar shares und werfen die auf den Markt, schon ist der Kurs wieder im Keller

Dazu müsste BOC auf 0 fallen ;-))))

Es genügt, daß der Kurs in einer Nanosekunde 1 mal fiel. Da der Händler direkt vor Ort ist, kauft er die gefallenen Aktien - das macht auch Sinn, da der Händler der Verkäufer ist und sich so vor Vermögensverlust schützt, falls jemand anderes die billigen Aktien kauft.

Natürlich ist alles gemäß den ordentlichen Gesetzen und unter der strengen Aufsicht der BAFIN bzw. SEC

.........sind die "Flash Crash" Order alle rückabgewickelt worden.

Ja - alle die stärker als 60% gefallen waren, wurden an EINER Börse rückabgewickelt.
Das wurde auch zur Beruhigung des Publikums in allen Zeitungen berichtet.
An allen anderen US Börsen und weltweit war die Rückabwicklung ncht notwendig, da von der einen Rückabwicklung genug berichtet wurde und die Verlierer ja selbst die Derivate gekauft hatten und der Verkauf der Aktien ja nur zu ihrem Schutz stattfand. Schließlich hätten die Aktien ja auch wertlos werden können - alles streng nach dem Gesetz.  

Das Problem ist doch ganz einfach :  Wie sollen denn Aktien, von denen teilweise MEHR leerverkauft sind, als überhaupt existieren - naked short selling - anders eingedeckt werden ?

geht kein Weg vorbei. Ob Aktien, GOLD, Silber,...

Nur die eingetragene Aktie, nur das PHYSISCH im Wertfach liegende Gold, Silber ist halbwegs sicher. Bei manchen ETF's - z.B. auf Gold, Silber - ist die Situation noch dramatischer, da teilweise nur zu 1% gedeckt. Tatsächlich hat der Käufer ein
Papier-Anrecht und nicht mehr. Aber alles streng nach dem Gesetz.  

.....von PNG, ABG, PLA, MRA u. BOC und die Pangunamine ist wiedereröffnet!!!!!!!!

Geschnippt haben sie alle schon,nur das *****GEMEINSAM***** steht noch aus ;-)))))

und dann weinen wir alle, weil wir die Aktie WKN 852652  'mal unter 1€ kaufen konnten und können gar nicht verstehen, warum wir das nicht gemacht haben.
