beobachte die aktie schon eine ganze weile,
kursverlauf ist brutal nach unten übertrieben...
hier sind kurzfristig einige hundert prozent korrektur real....
gruss und schönes wochenende
frigen  

überleg mir schon seit längerem, ob hier ich mir nen paar aktien zuleg, aber man erfährt nirgens,

1. wieviel aktien existieren und sind im umlauf
2. wie sieht der umsatz und verlust der letzten jahre aus
3. zukunftsprognose

Ich hoffe, dass mir jemand helfen kann und eine antwort auf die fragen kennt.  

usxp hat eine extrem strange informationspolitik. sie können news herausbringen dass sie eine postkarte verkauft haben & 1$ umsatz gemacht haben. handkehrum werden wichtige sachen nicht komuniziert. was aber immer publik gemacht wird ist wenn die tochter des CEO poppt! LOL  

zu1. wahnsinnig viele - viel zu viele = 1,06 Milliarden
zu2. Umsatz so 1 bis 2 Mio. Dollar im Jahr, Verluste paar Millionen/Jahr
zu3. es wird noch mehr Aktien geben.

hat soviel tochterunternehmen und sonen riesigen schuldenberg und dann nur so nen geringen umsatz. Von wem bekommt die denn das geld für die ganzen schulden, wieso meldet die net direkt insolvenz an, oder wie auch immer das in amerika heißt.
Das ding is ja quasi zum untergang verdammt, oder gibts etwa doch hoffnung?  

aber die zuckungen können gewinnbringend sein *g*  

jetzt liegt mein Schnitt bei 0,0036 incl. Gebühren ;-)

hollahopp. 185 mio stk. gehandelt. 11% rauf unter 12-fachem umsatz. nicht uebel.
aendert nur nichts.
 

der typ neue aktien, oder warum ist das volumen so hoch?  

mir heute mal 250.000 ins depot gepackt. das teil hat jetzt ne marktkapitalisierung von 2,8 mio euro. das halte ich fuer angemessen, ohne news. wir sind jetzt 5 monate ohne. das hatten wir im letzten jahr schon mal. seht euch den chart an. ist was fuer die watch list.

der laden ist ja auch wirklich nicht viel wert. sollte aber auch nur EINE der ansagen altomares durchgehen ist hier ne neubewertung drin. und ich spreche nicht von den vor 3 jahren gewonnenen 600 mio schadenersatz, die im hintergrund schweben und im augenblick nicht einzutreiben sind. irgendwas wird sich aber tun, in den naechsten wochen. ist schon zu lange still (und ich darf mich gluecklich schaetzen nicht hoeher zugekauft zu haben.)

Universal Express to Purchase 100 MM Euro Contract
Universal Express Inc. (OTCBB: USXP), announced today it has come to an agreement with Astro Datensysteme AG (www.astro.de), and Astro's United States sister company Security IT Vision, Inc. (SECITV) located in California and Germany to the joint development of an existing Astro technology. One of these projects will be located in the United States and one will be internationally based, with numerous additional locations being considered. The international project will have a contract guaranteeing over 100,000,000 Euro. Universal Express will be licensed to use the Astro Datensysteme AG identification system for use overseas and in the United States. These two projects alone should gross over 240 million in equivalent euro dollar revenues.

Additional contracts with foreign governments are expected to follow, along with various exclusive contracts and governmental guarantees. SECITV has also embarked on an exclusive fingerprint, identification and cutting edge BioSmart card technology product for Luggage Express and Universal Express's postal association members in North America.

" Initially, we approached Astro Datensysteme AG to differentiate and augment the security of our Luggage Express business. By contracting with them, our goal was to enhance their identification business, generate an American presence and to assist Universal Express in its profitability and International awareness; making it a win-win for all involved," said Richard Altomare, CEO and Chairman of Universal Express, Inc.
