ist doch noch gar nichts offiziel!  

das der Kurs und Svenny wieder auftauchen?  

kein offizielles Delisting!  

aber ich habe auch keine Informationen :-(  

hier echt eine Chance gesehen! Ich hab die Hoffnung aber noch nicht ganz aufgegeben. Kann nicht mal jemand ne Mail hin schicken?  

hab doch nichts zu verschenken  

da kommt nichts mehr  

man kann nicht so einfach ein delisting vornehmen, ohne dass es eine offizielle Meldung gibt.  

ja immer noch das der Handel noch wieder aufgenommen wird. Nur son Gefühl  

 

ist auch bei Facebook. kann ihn ja mal jemand fragen wann der Handel wieder aufgenommen wird  

dann wird die Meldung halt noch kommen  

warum fragst du nicht selber, dürfte doch nicht so schwer sein, oder?  

aber noch keine antwort! wenn ich eine bekomme sag ich hier bescheid

bei mir sind es 250€ das ist keine Problem, vielleicht haben andere aber mehr Kohle drinne gehabt  

investiert. Die können doch nicht einfach aufhören und dann nichts dazu sagen oder?  

geht es hier nochmal weiter?  

 

Das delisting erfolgte auf Antrag der Gesellschaft. Da brauchste die Bafin gar nicht kontaktieren.

***NOTE May 26th 2012, Xelleon PLC at its own expense will be investigating the past public trading history from it's beginning on the Frankfurt Exchange to the present.  The officers and directors have voted to investigae due to the massive shift in prices throughout the year.

Until we have concluded a full and thorough investigation we have requested a suspention to trading on the open market, to protect the Xelleon Shareholders.

Any finding will be brought to the attention of all shareholders as our investigation insues.  We have no expected date or time of completion of this investigation as of yet.

As of May 26th, 2012, Xelleon PLC its officers and directors have initiated contact with The Frankfurt Stock Exchange, BaFin, The Berlin Police Department and Bundesrechtsanwaltskammer to begin it's investigation.

ANY TRADES BEING MADE IN XELLEON PLC AFTER MAY 30th 2012, XELLEON AND ITS DIRECTORS CONSIDER THESE TRADES TO BE MADE ILLEGALLY AND WILL BE CONSIDERED TO BE MADE UNDER FRAUDULENT TERMS AND WILL FALL UNDER INVESTIGATION BY BAFIN AND THE FSE REGULATORY COMMITEE.

warte auch auf news? Der Handel wird sicher nochmal aufgenommen, aber wann?? Offizielle Insolvenz etc. gibt es nicht!  

da steht doch das ausgesetzt wurde um die Aktionäre zu schützen und um zu prüfen warum der Kurs so eingebrochen ist.. Wenn ich falsch liege verbesser mich aber von Delisting lese ich nichts tut mir leid
