eigenem Molejón Goldprojekt in Panama betreibt. Die Verarbeitungsanlage nutzt drei Kugelmühlen und eine
Karbon-Pulver-Verarbeitungsanlage.
Petaquilla Minerals produziert seit Januar diesen Jahres offiziell.
bleiben 82000 Unzen
Produktionskosten von ca 500$
Verkaufspreis von sagen wir mal 1150$ pro Unze
minus 25mio$ oben angesprochene Kosten
I wanted to relay a brief update I recently received from Petaquilla Minerals regarding their refinancing status. As many of you know, this is a very big deal they need to close in order to really get the share price going in the right direction. Many people have wondered when will they complete the refinancing, will they complete it, and why is it taking so long? Apparently Petaquilla is ready to provide a status update in the form of a company news release soon. Below is the most recent message I have received from Petaquilla’s Investor Relations.
We will put out a news release shortly updating shareholders on the status of the refinancing.
It looks very promising and should be completed soon.
The refinancing appears to still be on track and making progress. Hopefully their forthcoming news release will provide additional details on some of the specifics. Until then, there is still time to take a position in this junior mining stock. See my Petaquilla Minerals Trading Card for my fundamental analysis. This trade is somewhat riskier than I normally like, but the upside potential is just too much to ignore.
I have been dollar cost averaging down as the share price has been dropping lower. In my Petaquilla (PTQ) Chart Analysis 6-10-2010 article, I forecasted that PTQ would most likely stabilize around US $0.29 – 0.35 cents range. I expect this to be the a good range to buy in.
If you are considering investing in Petaquilla, then make sure you do your own due diligence. You should never invest money that you can’t afford to lose.

I will pass this along to the board with the stipulation for what it's worth because I can't confirm or for that matter deny the reliability of the information, but I myself believe it to be accurate.
Last week I spoke with someone in Panama who is also an investor in PTQ. They told me the refi deal was done (completed) with Deutsche Bank. They are now working on some of the local Panamanian banks along with a quasi-governmental bank to loan money or take stakes in PTQ and that this should be completed in a couple of weeks. Needless to say this was good news to hear for me.

Back...had a great visit to the property. It a very impressive, well run and organized project.
Info that might be of interest....2 hour drive to the administration offices outside of Penome, where they have the accounting and geology offices. From there it is another 45 minute drive to the mine. Need to pass security when entering the property.
Met with the head geologist who gave us a very interesting and informative overview of the mine, Ore de Norte, the concession and how the area formed 24 million years ago which left it rich in mineral deposits. The concession is very large and there appears to be multiple areas the company can explore for additional mineral deposits. Over the last 20 years geologists have collected and documented rock chips from around the concession. The head geologist entered the collection data into the computer and plotted it on a map. There are many areas with multiple groups of rock chips with over 1g/t through out the concession which will need to be test drilled to locate other bodies of mineral deposits. In my opinion based on what I viewed, there is a VERY high probability of additional mineral bodies on the concession. It will take money and drilling to locate and define the discoveries.
The mine is will designed, organized and impressive. The processing plant is enormous and impressive. The mining area is realatively small, maybe 20 hectors. FYI - I did not smell any unusual odors on my tour of the property.
Production runs 24x7 and capacity will continue to improve as they improve their processes. The run rate is currently 6,000 ozs or greater per month.
Ore de Norte drill program is 40% complete. It will take an additional 2 months untill the drill program is complete and results published.
I was told that the annual report will be filed tomorrow July 20th.
Refinancing is going very well...but they would not comment on a date.
Inmet is currently build two very significant bridges on the road to the property as part of the infrastructure they need to transport equiptment and materials for their project. I think that PDI is perfectly positioned to win Inmet infrastucture contracts. PTQ can sell PDI road base cheaper than anyone else and they already have the equiptment and infrastructure on site. I think the PDI stock is a total winner for the PTQ shareholders.
Under .50, I see nearly no downside to the stock and significant upside potential for the shareholders. I will continue to accumulate stock at under .50. Stock should continue to improve with production results, refi and drill results.

sehr schön aus.
So kann es weiter gehen.
Auf richtung norden

Here is another quick update for those of you (like me) who have invested in Petaquilla Minerals. I received an email from PTQ’s investor relations today with a new nugget of information of which I will discuss briefly below. I also would like take a moment or two and review PTQ’s pricing action since my last update.
I did my last PTQ update on July 1st, 2010 and a Petaquilla (PTQ) Chart Analysis on 6-10-2010. Petaquilla managed to work its share price down to about .30 cents which was close to the bottom I forecasted in my chart analysis. The share price then moved back up a bit to trade in a range of about .33-.35 cents. I hope you found the courage to dollar cost average down at those cheap prices. You must remember, the summer months are typically the weakest periods of the year for gold & silver. It is a perhaps one of the best times to load up on gold, silver, and related mining stocks. I definitely took the opportunity to by more PTQ shares in the .30 cent range.
Petaquilla’s stock price has now rebounded nicely back near the levels of when I first recommended them in my Petaquilla Minerals Junior Stock Trading Card. There has been no news about why the price dipped down to .30 cents or why the price has now rebounded back to the .46-.50 cent range. Unfortunately, few people seem to understand why. With so much silence these days on behalf of Petaquilla, people are starting to talk and come up with their own explanations for the recent rise in PTQ’s share price.
Some of my readers have sent me links to various stock forums where folks are discussing buyout possibilities and such. I don’t believe we are there yet. I think Petaquilla will eventually get bought out, but not until more is known about their Oro Del Norte concession. Any potential buyers I think would be very interested in confirming just how much gold is in Oro Del Norte as well as what type of grades. Until more is known, I don’t think a buyout is in the cards just yet. It could be, but not very likely at this point.
I believe PTQ’s price rebound has more to do with the status of their gold loan refinancing. The slowly increasing share price is likely an sign that something good is cooking beneath the surface. To me it implies that confidence is growing in the completion of the gold loan. Perhaps it is nearing completion or it has been informally approved by all the banks involved. I think this is more likely than a buyout at this point. It could also be that some of the drill results from the Oro Del Norte concession are leaking out too. Who really knows but the guys on the inside?
Here is the response I received from Petaquilla’s Investor Relations this afternoon:
The refinancing is coming along very well, we are waiting for the Panamanian banks to finish their due diligence in order for them to participate and be part of the package.
We should be close to finish this transaction in the following weeks if not sooner.
Apparently there are multiple banks involved, of which some are Panamanian. This definitely explains why it is taking a while to wrap everything up. So I would not expect this to be done by tomorrow or roughly anytime “soon”. I bet we are talking sometime in late August or early September before the gold loan is completed.
I firmly believe this stock is going way up before the end of this year and I plan to keep accumulating PTQ shares while the price is still heavily discounted. As always, please do your own due diligence and only invest money you can afford to lose. Also understand that stock investing is not the same thing as a savings plan.

We will have a series of news releases coming in the next few weeks. We are producing gold every day and have plans for the restructuring of the debt that are advancing as fast as the banks involved can move.

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 08/09/10 -- Petaquilla Minerals Ltd. (TSX: PTQ)(OTCBB: PTQMF)(FRANKFURT: P7Z) ("Petaquilla" or the "Company") today announced positive drill and trench results from the Tucan Project on its Oro Del Norte exploration concession located in central Panama. The Tucan Project is approximately 20 kilometres northeast of the Company's Molejon Mine site, within trucking distance of the mill if a commercially viable deposit is discovered. Petaquilla has also identified five other prospective gold and copper bearing targets in other areas of its concession.
As previously announced March 4, 2010, the Company has been aggressively exploring the concession and has defined an area known as the Tucan Project containing significant surface rock chip samples with dimensions of approximately 2.0 kilometres x 1.5 kilometres. The Tucan Project contains numerous drill ready targets.
Diamond Drilling Program
During the second calendar quarter of 2010, the Company commenced Phase 1 of its planned 5,000 metre diamond drilling program on the first of the identified drill targets. The below results are the first to be released from this drilling program on the Oro Del Norte concession where three drill rigs are currently turning.
To date, 17 diamond drill holes for a total of 2,741 metres have been completed on the initial four target areas within the Tucan Project testing the mineralized structures identified by surface mapping and trenching.
Results for the first 15 drill holes have been received.
Drill result highlights include:

Assay results for drill holes TCDH-001 to TCDH-010 have been analyzed by ALS Chemex in North Vancouver, BC, Canada. 2. Assay results for drill holes TCDH-011 to 015 have been analyzed by Petaquilla's on-site analytical laboratory, which is not a certified independent laboratory, located at the Company's Molejon Gold Project. Duplicate samples have been collected and sent to ALS Chemex in North Vancouver for verification and the Company is awaiting the results of independent analysis. The Company utilizes the service of its in-house laboratory as it is able to provide a 24 hour turnaround for assay results and, thus, enabling the Company to quickly verify its exploration strategy on the ground. 3. Drill intersections tabulated under 'Intercept Length' are reported as drilled thicknesses. Based on core axis to structure angles, true widths are estimated to be 70% to 90% of the interval lengths.
These initial drill holes were completed on the first four drill targets to determine both the style and grade of mineralization in addition to the attitude of the mineralization in this structurally controlled environment. This drilling has achieved these objectives. The mineralized structures tested to date are both steeply southwest and northeast dipping and have a northwest to southeast strike. Additional data obtained from oriented drill core samples has identified the mineralization to be predominantly structurally controlled, having multiple phases of mineralization and containing post mineralization cross cutting structures which offset the main mineralized body.
This drilling has identified numerous gold intercepts in three sub-parallel epithermal vein systems over an area of 1.3 kilometres x 0.4 kilometre.
All three veins systems are open along strike and will continue to be the focus of the drilling effort during this next phase of the drilling program which will now progressively step out toward the southeast of the project area to evaluate their strike extent.
In addition to the above, numerous drill ready targets identified during the late 2009/early 2010 exploration work remain untested and will be drilled during this second phase.
Trenching Program
In conjunction with the diamond drilling program now underway, the Company has completed 243 trenches for a total of 3,972 metres.
The trenching program has resulted in the discovery of two additional sub parallel gold mineralized structures located 170 metres north and 80 metres south respectively to the principle structure which was identified by detailed mapping and sampling completed in the first quarter of 2010.
Results for the first 227 trenches totaling 3,636 metres have been received. Highlights of the trenching results are listed below.

The trenching program will continue aggressively expanding into new areas on the concession which the Company believes is prospective for intrusive related epithermal gold bearing vein systems as evidenced by the discovery during this phase of work.
The Company is encouraged by the positive results achieved by the first phase of exploration trenching and drilling on the Oro Del Norte Concession. Interpretation of both the drill and trench data collected to date confirms the Company's geological and exploration models for the property.
Petaquilla believes that its 100% owned concessions surrounding its Molejon Gold Project are prospective for intrusive related epithermal gold vein systems and porphyry copper-gold-molybdenum deposits.
Petaquilla is solely funding exploration on its 100% owned concessions.
Mr. John Kapetas, P. Geo., a Qualified Person as defined by National Instrument 43-101 and the Company's Vice President Exploration&Resources Development, has been overseeing the exploration field program. Mr. Kapetas is ensuring that the appropriate quality assurance protocols are being followed and that the data is being qualified under strict quality controls. He has reviewed and verified the technical mining information contained in this news release.

Was ist denn Heapleching, hab nichts darüber gefunden?
