also OSZE-Mission war es keine, das sagt zumindest die OSZE,
wenn es eine Mission nach dem Wiener Dokument gewesen sein soll, dann hätten max. zwei Deutsche in Uniform unter Leitung eines Anrainerstaates der Ukraine die Truppen und Waffensysteme der Ukraine inspizieren dürfen, i.d.R. eimal jährlich,
Keine einzige dieser Vorraussetzungen nach dem Wiener Dokument sehe ich hier gegeben....

   Gazprom and CNPC set to ink contract in May

   The Gazprom headquarters hosted today a working meeting between Alexey Miller, Chairman of the Company's Management Committee and Zhou Jiping, Chairman of China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC), the Russian engergy giant said in a press release.

   The parties addressed the state of the contract for pipeline gas supply from Russia to China via the eastern route. It was pointed out that preparations were well underway and nearing completion. Gazprom and CNPC are getting ready to sign the contract in May as was initially planned.

   Alexey Miller and Zhou Jiping stressed that the launch of natural gas supply via the eastern route was strategically important for both countries. It means the access to a new major developing market of gas supply for Russia, and China will get a strong impetus to economic development and environmental improvement.

   CNPC is China's largest petroleum company wholly-owned by the state and is one of the world's leading integrated oil and gas production companies. In 2009 Gazprom and CNPC inked the Framework Agreement on the major terms and conditions of natural gas supply from Russia to China. The Agreement stipulates annual exports of up to 68 billion cubic meters of gas to the Chinese market. In 2010 the Extended Major Terms of natural gas supply from Russia to China were signed. In September 2013 Gazprom and CNPC inked the Agreement on the major terms and conditions of pipeline gas supply from Russia to China via the eastern route.

Nachrichten würde ich sagen.
Aber zum Dividenden Stichtag steht noch nirgends etwas oder? Hier war immer die Rede von 8-13 Mai aber so wirklich mit einer Quelle konnte es keiner belegen.

Ich habe mal an die IR von Gazprom ne Mail geschrieben bezüglich einer Info für den Dividenden Stichtag 2014. Da hier nur spekuliert wird und es keiner weiss.

Public information on dates for Dividend Payment for FY 13 can be found in Gazprom’s Investor Day Presentation (http://www.gazprom.com/f/posts/28/866895/...esentation_2014_-_ny.pdf, slide 33).

Record date for dividends payout should be approved on Annual General Shareholders Meeting (AGM). Usually the AGM is held on the last Friday of June.
According to the recent legislative amendments the timeframe for the record day is set within 10 to 20 working days after the AGM.
Dividend payment period to a nominal holders and trustees registered in the Shareholders Registrar should not exceed 10 working days after the record day and 25 working days after the record day to the other shareholders.

Also ich verstehe damit, dass der Stichtag 8.5. ist.

In der Präsentation steht zwar 8 March (März) aber die haben mir noch ein aktualisiertes Bild geschickt mit dem gleichen Chart wo 8. Mai steht, da in der Präsi nen Fehler ist.  

Auszahlung voraussichtl. Ende Aug/Anf Sept.  

ist natürlich immer Tag der HV, also voraussichtl. der dritte Freitag im Juni  

ist mir relativ egal wann müssen ja nur den Stichtag bleiben. Wird das irgendwo im Depot vermerkt? Sorry bin noch nicht solange im Aktiengeschäft.

Wenn man sich die Präsi anschaut steht schon einiges zum Deal mit China der wohl fast durch ist.  

Letztes Jahr war es auch der 8 oder 9. Mai und die HV war ende Juni.

Glaube nicht das es Ende Juni ist. Schau dir mal den Chart 33 an und was da beim 8.Mai steht (im Chart steht noch 8. March soll aber Mai sein ist ein Fehler laut Gazprom)
