BEIJING - (BUSINESS WIRE) - May 15, 2003 - Forlink Software Corp. Inc. (OTC BB:FRLK) today announced that it has signed the contract of Business Operation Support System Device Extension and Integration Service with Beijing Mobile Communication Corp.
The contract amount of this project is about US$6.6 million. Under the terms of this contract, Forlink will supply hardware, system integration service and software products to Beijing Mobile Communication Corp.
"This contract is the extension contract to the BMCC Business Operation Support System contract we won in 2001, it proved our unique position in China mobile communication market,'' said Yi He, President of Forlink.

Somit jetzt US-Aktien kaufen und 15-20% über die Währungsschwankung im Jahr 2005 erziehlen.
Aber da ist noch mehr drin...Platz 7 in China! Wachstumrate 255%.
Forlink werde ich nicht so schnell verkaufen!
Es wird sich langfristig lohnen...ist meine Meinung!

Das gesamte Geschäftsjahr verlief also profitabel. Die Cashposition hat sich
extrem verbessert,von ca.500.000$ auf rund 2,9Mio$.
Die Aquisitionen und Expansion die Kicky oben beschrieben hat, stimmt mich auch
recht zuversichtlich.
Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen is vielleicht der stagnierende Umsatz, der praktisch
gleich war gegenüber 2002 und zwar bei knapp 10 Mio$.
Dies wurde hervorgerufen durch den verringerten Hardware-Vertrieb.
Der Kurs hat auf diesem Niveau sicher einiges an Potential, ich bleibe deshalb weiter drin.

Beijing Slait Science & Technology Development Limited Co. was established in the People's Republic of China on January 25, 1998 as a limited liability company.
Slait commenced operations in May 1998. The principal activities of Slait are the development and sale of network software system, and provision of enterprise application system integration services in the Peoples Republic of China. As a significant part of system integration services, Slait is also engaged in the sale of computer hardware. Slait has been granted a ten years operation period which can be extended with approvals from relevant PRC authorities.
In May 1998, the Company entered into an agreement with Teknocapital Finance Ltd. In November 1998, the Company's name was changed to Light Energy Management, Inc. in anticipation of merging with another company. However, the merger did not occur, but the Company was unable to register the old name of Why Not?, Inc.
In November 1999, the Company entered into a Plan of Reorganization with Beijing Forlink Software Technology Co., Ltd. Beijing Forlink Software Technology Co. was engaged in the Internet e-commerce and Internet software development business, and the Internet vertical portal business. Upon completion of the reorganization plan, the Company took over operations of that company.
On January 11, 2001, Slait entered into an agreement of Plan of Reorganization with Forlink Software Corporation, Inc. Forlink had issued to the owners of Slait as individuals 59,430,000 authorized shares of common stock of Forlink in exchange of 100% of the registered and fully paid up capital of Slait.
In the quarter ended March 2002, the Company was awarded as one of the "Grade A system integrator of 2001" by China Mobile Communication Company.
