Sehr geehrte Leser,

heute wollen wir Ihnen mit der kanadischen Energulf Resources (WKN: A0CAFR, TSXV: ENG) einen interessanten Öl&Gas-Explorer vorstellen. Das Unternehmen operiert vor der Küste Westafrikas. Zum einen besitzt Energulf einen 10%-Anteil an Block 1711 welcher vor der Küste Namibias liegt. Block 1711 umfasst eine Fläche von 8931 km². Projektpartner sind neben Energulf die BEE Gruppe, die russisch dominierte NAKOR Investments Ltd. sowie die staatlichen Ölkonzerne aus Südafrika (Petro SA) und Namibia (Namcor), wobei Energulf derzeit Operator für das Projekt ist. Innerhalb von Block 1711 wurden im Rahmen von seismischen Untersuchungen 2 interessante Zonen mit geologisch verwandten Strukturen entdeckt: Kunene und Hartmann. Nach langer Wartezeit wurden Mitte 2009 Bohrergebnisse für Kunene veröffentlicht. Die Untersuchungen wurden von einer Tochter des US Konzerns Schlumberger durchgeführt und ermittelten eine mögliche Gasressource von 14 TCF (Billionen Kubikfuß). Seit Juni 2010 wertet Energulf als Operator die Bohrergebnisse vollständig aus um weitere Bohrziele zu definieren. Auch ist der Einstieg eines neuen Projektpartners in Vorbereitung.

Das Projekt Lotshi befindet sich onshore nahe der Küste der Demokratischen Republik Kongo und ist nicht weit von den erfolgreich umgesetzten offshore Ölfeldern Cabinda, Malongo und Takula entfernt. Energulf besitzt bei diesem Projekt einen 90%-Anteil und kooperiert mit dem staatlichen Ölkonzern aus dem Kongo, der COHYDRO. Frühere Bohrungen von Shell und Fina auf dem Lotshi Gebiet ergaben einen Gasfund. Energulf vermeldete Ende Oktober den Abschluss von 200 km seismischen Untersuchungen welche von GII, dem geophysikalischen Institut Israels durchgeführt wurden. Mit Hilfe der neuen Erkenntnisse soll ein Bohrprogramm für den Lotshi Block ausgearbeitet und durchgeführt werden. Aufgrund der vorhandenen Cashbestände ist mit weiteren Bohrungen zu rechnen sobald die Datenauswertung abgeschlossen ist und weitere Ziele im Block 1711 vor der Küste Namibias und Lotshi im Kongo identifiziert wurden. Beide Projekte bieten erhebliches Potenzial.

Oil and gas hunters UNX Energy Corporation has managed to raised N$400 million which will position the company firmly in the local energy race, director and well-known businessman Knowlegde Katti has said.

"I can confidently say that Namibia will soon become a player of note in the oil sector on the continent and UNX will help to reach that milestone for our country," Katti said in a statement on Monday.

UNX, formerly Universal Energy Corporation, has a 2,7 per cent working stake in blocks 1711A and 1711B in the Namibe Basin. Block 1711 could have natural gas reserves of up to 14 trillion cubic feet, former Mines and Energy Minister Erkki Nghimtina announced in Parliament last year. If so, 1711 would dwarf Kudu, believed to have about 1,3 trillion cubic feet of natural gas reserves. Recent exploration and analysis estimate that Kudu's reserves might be as high as three trillion cubic feet, with potential running up to nine trillion cubic feet though.

UNX's partners in 1711 are Sintez LLC/Nikor (70 per cent working interest), PetroSA (ten per cent working interest), EnerGulf Resources (ten per cent working interest) and Namcor (seven per cent carried interest).

Katti said the N$400 million will fund ongoing exploration activities in Namibia, including 3D seismic campaigns in the Orange Basin. UNX has a 90 per cent working interest in Blocks 2713A and 2713B in the Orange Basin.

Katti said he was "very upbeat" about the latest developments. "It takes the search for oil in Namibia to another level."

He said all of the money would be used to advance the scientific knowledge of the offshore blocks UNX holds to a "drill-ready state".

ENERGULF CLOSES PRIVATE PLACEMENT TO RAISE $3,224,200

EnerGulf Resources Inc. has closed a private placement consisting of 8,060,500 units of the company at the price of 40 cents per unit to raise gross proceeds of $3,224,200. Each unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant with each warrant exercisable for a period of two years to purchase one additional common share of the company at a price of 65 cents per share. If, after March 25, 2011, the closing price of the common shares of the company on the exchange is $1 per share or higher over a period of 10 consecutive trading days, the company will be entitled to accelerate the term of the unexercised warrants upon notice to the holders thereof, and the warrants will then expire on the 30th day after the effective date of the giving of such notice.

In connection with the private placement, the company paid finders' fees in the amount of $25,376 in cash, the issuance of 274,250 common shares of the company and the issuance of 337,690 finders' warrants, each finder's warrant having the same terms as the warrants issued to the placees.

All of the securities issued as part of the private placement and all common shares issuable on the exercise of the warrants and the finders' warrants are subject to a hold period and may not be traded in Canada until March 26, 2011, except as permitted by applicable Canadian securities laws and the TSX Venture Exchange.

EnerGulf has approved the grant of incentive stock options under its stock option plan to directors, officers, consultants and employees for the purchase of a total of 415,000 common shares in its capital exercisable on or before Nov. 25, 2015, at a price of 56 cents per common share and a total of 1,535,000 common shares in its capital exercisable on or before Nov. 25, 2015, at a price of 69 cents per common share.

Die habe ich schon auf WO kommentiert/abgegeben.
Keinesfalls unter 0,45 Euro bis Freitag, entgegen Deiner Einschätzung.

Hallo Pressel,
lese dein Posts auf WO. Gott sei Dank gibt es auch noch realisitisch denkende Menschen. Ich will ja nicht einmal ausschließen, dass bei ENG gute Veränderungen anstehen, nur sollte das eben aucvh einmal durch harte Facts untermauert werden.  

@ rentner, börse ist phantasie, ob wir das warhabenwollen oder nicht ;-)  

Aber nicht nur. Wenn ein Kurs langfrisitg steigen soll, dann muss irgendwann auch was Handfestes her. ;)  

fängst du jetzt an deinen Dauerpessimismus auch bei Ariva zu verbreiten? Bleib bei wo, da hast du deine Spielgefährten schon...

Du bist also nur mit Zocks zufrieden? ich dagegen möchte fundamentale News, damit ich einschätzen kannn, ob bei ENG langfristig höhere Kurse zu erwarten sind.  

es gibt einzelne säue die durchs dorf getrieben werden, und ab und an kommt ne ganze herde durchs dorf geritten- natürlich ist dann schwung dahinter...  

komische ruhe hier, na ich denke es wird bald mehr stimmung werden...  

der Überholspur.
Bietet nach wie vor eine sehr starke Performance und könnte noch weiter steigen.
Meine Meinung.
Begründung: EKS dürfte einige gute Nachrichten bewusst (noch) zurückhalten.
Fazit für Investierte: enjoy it  

 

dann verdien ich halt ein 2x mit ENG - nach 2005/2006 *grins
