TEAM Entertainment Heads to NATPE With $40 Million of New Primetime Drama Programming to Launch 2001 Season43 Hour Production Slate Includes Network Television Movies and Series Highlighted By Final Jeopardy for ABC, Live Through This for MTV and An

LOS ANGELES, Jan 10, 2001 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- TEAM Entertainment, the production
arm of TEAM Communications Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: TMTV) (Neuer Markt:TME), will be
heading to NATPE with a $40 million production slate including 43 hours of
dramatic programming for the 2001 season, it was announced today by Drew S.
Levin, TEAM Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.

"TEAM Entertainment's current programming slate represents a significant
increase over last year's NATPE," commented Levin. "The level of our primetime
dramatic programming has clearly risen and considering the significant amount of
projects we have in active development, there is no doubt that this trend will
continue into the future," concluded Levin.

Leading TEAM's dramatic production line-up is "Final Jeopardy," an original ABC
Television Network made-for-television, primetime movie event based on the
critically acclaimed Linda Fairstein novel. This chilling tale comes vividly to
life in a brilliant display of shocking realism, powerful insight and searing
suspense as Alexandra Cooper (Dana Delany), Manhattan's top sex crimes
prosecutor, awakens one morning to shocking news: a tabloid headline announcing
her own brutal murder. Produced in association with The Sanitsky Company, TEAM
International Distribution will handle all worldwide sales including Canada,
while ABC will hold all U.S. rights.

Another one of TEAM's high-profile properties is MTV's first-ever one-hour
dramatic series, "Live Through This." Boasting a cast of talented newcomers and
original music written by Graham Nash and performed by Pat Benatar, this hip
weekly series explores what happens when a family reunion is combined with a
rock band reunion. The initial 13 hours currently airing in primetime on MTV
have received outstanding reviews from the media. "Live Through This" is
produced by Telescene Film Group in association with YTV Canada. TEAM maintains
the international distribution rights.

Also available at NATPE is TEAM's original 26 episode half-hour series "Vampire
High," a campy teen drama about coming of age in two parallel worlds that are
destined to collide (a la "Party of Five" with fangs). "Vampire High" is
produced by La Fete Productions in association with Microtainment Productions
and TEAM Entertainment. TEAM has the international distribution rights.

TEAM's fast-growing television movie and miniseries division headed by former
ABC executive Philippe Perebinossoff, continues to make great strides. Among the
slate of new production commitments is MTV's upcoming primetime television event
movie, "Anatomy Of A Hate Crime," produced in association with Lawrence Bender
(the Oscar-winning producer of "Good Will Hunting" and "Pulp Fiction") and Kevin
Brown ("Roswell") under their production company's banner, A Band Apart.

Rounding out the slate at NATPE is "The Call of the Wild," the 13-hour
action-adventure series based on the world-renowned Jack London novel of the
same title. Produced by TEAM Entertainment, in association with CINEVU for the
Animal Planet, "The Call of the Wild" takes place in Alaska and follows the
adventures of "Buck" the dog, his 15-year-old companion Grant, and the boy's
family during the great Klondike gold rush of 1897.

TEAM Communications Group, Inc. currently owns and distributes over 4,000 hours
of programming worldwide, in addition to producing a wide variety of programming
for leading U.S. and international broadcasters. TEAM maintains offices in Los
Angeles, Munich (through its TEAM Entertainment Germany (GmbH) and London
(through its TEAM Dandelion Ltd. Operations). Its shares trade on NASDAQ-NMS
(TMTV) and on the German Neuer Markt (TME).
