EPR - monatliche Dividenden

Cineworld Group Shares tumbled by 58.3% following a Wall Street Journal report that the British cinema chain is preparing to file for bankruptcy. Cineworld Group struggled to attract moviegoers back into theaters after the pandemic.

Separately, EPR Properties stock EPR, -6.26% dropped 3.4% premarket, as the real-estate investment trust (REIT) has exposure to Cineworld, since Cineworld is the parent of entities that lease EPR's Regal theaters. Earlier this week, EPR said Regal was current on all payments due EPR.  

Auf Grund der Chapter 11 Geschichte eines Mieters gibt EPR KEINEN Ausblick auf das Geschäftsjahr 2023. Somit bleibt das Aufwärtspotential aus meiner Sicht vorerst beschränkt. Selbst habe ich eine kleine Nachkaufposition bei 40,50$ im Markt stehen.
Bei Klärung des Sachverhaltes dürften die Aktien dann positiv reagieren.

Due to the uncertainty related to Regal's bankruptcy proceedings, the Company is not providing 2023 earnings guidance at this time. Earnings guidance is expected to be provided subsequent to the resolution of such proceedings.

The Company is providing 2023 investment spending guidance of a range of $200.0 million to $300.0 million.
