Auf grund Dieser Situation rate ich jedem Aktionär umgehend seine Stücke inkl. Namen Bank und persönliche Daten an Thomson Reuters zu mailen und im Nachgang den Eintrag seiner Aktien (mindestens die Hälfte) über Consors oder Comdirect ins Register eintragen zu lassen.
Wenn ihr um den Eintrag bittet, schreibt unbedingt die Adresse des Registrar und die genaue Stückzahl auf eure Schreiben.

Dies hängt damit zusammen, dass die Papiere auf den Namen der Bank verwahrt werden. In unseren Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen ist unter Punkt 20.2 geregelt, dass eine effektive Ein- oder Auslieferung von Wertpapieren nicht möglich ist.

This is very strange.  I do not understand how the real owner of the shares are the “banks“ and not the investors themselves!  What I can do is tell you what European nominees have a good record of disclosing shareholders to us.  Perhaps this list will help you and your colleagues choose a better bank.

Also zwei Personen aus meiner Familie haben ihre Shares bei der ING und da gab´s kein Informationsschreiben an die Depotinhaber, dass da eine Anfrage kam.
Haben die die Daten einfach so übermittelt? Hat jemand genauere Info´s?  

Entweder hat ING und Hinweis an die Inhaber übermittelt, oder die Aktien Deiner Familiemitglieder wurden nicht gemeldet, warum auch immer.
Ich würde eine Mail an TR schicken und fragen ob den Bestand gemeldet wurde.

...........sollte auch dem Allerblödesten klar sein dass die Nominees mit allen Tricks versuchen BOC daran zu hindern Licht in das Dunkel zu bringen.

Anhaltspunkte dazu gibt es ja schon länger, aber so offensichtlich war das noch NIE.

-Verweigerung von Stimmrechten u. Eintrittskarten zur HV
-Hindernisse beim Versuch des Tauschs von ADRs in Originale
-Als immer mehr ADRs zum Tausch eingereicht wurden, canceln des ADR Programms
-Massive Behinderung der Eintragung ins BCL Shareregister.
-Sabotierung der BCL Aktionärserhebung.

Fazit: Bei den Nominees ist die Ka**e schwer am dampfen, diese Kloake zur Explosion zu bringen liegt in der Hand jedes einzelnen Shareholders.

Mit jedem Eintrag kommt der BIGBOCBANG näher. ;-)))))))))))))))))

sollte sich die nominees tatsächlich bei jedem neuen eintrag eindecken müssen, warum steigt der kurs dann nicht ??? woher kommen dann die stücke ??? selbst wenn wir alle eintragen würden, heisst das nicht, dass der kurs nicht weiterhin bei EUR 0,55 hindümpelt ....

aber mit iedem eingetragenen stück wird der spielraum kleiner

The ABG Minister for Natural Resources that include mining, MICHAEL ONI says that the Department of mining is tasked with the responsibility to implement the transfer of Powers and Functions in accordance with the Strategic Framework on the transfer of Mining, Oil & Gas Functions and Powers based on the Alotau MOU.
The Minister was presenting his report to the ABG House of Representatives this week.
He said that the implementation of the 15 Stage Strategic Framework has been progressing concurrently. the Department is in the process of implementing Stage 2 and Stage 3 of the Strategic Framework. Stage 2 refers to the implementation of the Tenements Administration, while stage 3 refers to the Review of the Bougainville Copper Agreement.
The Minister said that in preparation for the“Panguna Mine Negotiation,” the BEC has approved the establishment of the Ministerial Committee. The Ministerial Committee is chaired by the President and includes the Vice President, Minister for Natural Resources & Mining, Minister for Finance & Planning and Minister for Works.
BEC has also appointed a Negotiations facilitator and has also approved the establishment of the Panguna Mine Secretariat. This office is directly accountable to the President and is responsible for coordination of Panguna Mine Negotiations.
He said that the Natural Resources Ministry has also spearheaded the Peace Building Strategy to unify stakeholders of Panguna in preparation for the Panguna Mine Negotiation and the Referendum on Independence. The Panguna Peace Building Strategy is co-funded by ABG and SPSN – Strongim Pipol Strongim Nesen an AusAid funded program.Ends

A Bougainville student studying at the Divine Word University in Madang has supported the ABG President, DR. JOHN MOMIS call to open the closed Panguna Copper mine under a new arrangement and following Bougainville’s own law on Mining once it is passed by the ABG House later this year.
JK Semos said that healthy debates on the re-opening of the Panguna Copper mine was good however based on history,Panguna mine was the major vital catalyst for PNG Nation building from 1967 to 1989.
And for a good 20 years before OK TEDI came into the picture in 1984/85, the Panguna mine alone built schools hospitals, Aid Posts, roads, bridges airports and the list goes on.
MR. SEMOS said if we are going on history the Panguna mine should be re-opened as ABG andAROB and its people do need the same economic catalyst and much needed funds to build its national building foundations.
He said in a global village of which AROB and ABG are part of, having big resource projects like the Panguna mine in your backyard will drive and advance the building blocks of AROB national building.
In that light I fully agree with President Momis, Chris Damana and others in re-opening the Panguna mine as history is on their side.

vielleicht finde ich das noch mit dieser Bezeichnung, die bei den Nom zugefügt wurde.
Da das ein Nominee ist wirst du die nicht im Fundverzeichnis finden.
Ich schau am We mal in den Compshare Informationen nach...da habe ich das gelesen...wenn mehrere Besitzer sind, dass man einen Namen vegeben kann...bin mir aber nicht ganz sicher...

........... Bei Investoren aus angelsächsischen Ländern ist die Eintragung  eines Treuhänders (Nominee oder Street Name) statt des Aktionärs in das  Aktienregister üblich.

Oftmals ist zudem eine ganze Kette von  Intermediären zwischengeschaltet.

Welche Problematik hinsichlich der Abgeltungssteuer bei Altbeständen besteht denn, wenn man die Aktien ins Aktienregister eintragen lässt?

Mein Bestand habe ich vor Einführung der Abgeltungssteuer erworben. Es kann doch nicht wirklich so sein, dass der Bestand dann als veräußert gilt, wenn ich ihn ausliefern lasse um ihn ins Aktienregister eintragen zu lassen und später wieder einem Wertpapierdepot gutschreiben lasse?

Hat hierzu jmd. verlässliche Informationen?

Ich muss noch einen "Lebenslauf" meiner Aktien anlegen, wie Tom001 es immer wieder erwähnt hat. Wenn ich mich richtig erinnere wurde damals der Umtausch der ADRs in Original-Aktien unter abgeltungssteuerlichen Aspekten vom Finanzamt nicht als Verkauf gewertet. Ist das richtig?

A beautiful library inspired by the New Zealand novel Mister Pip is home to just one book after more than 5000 others went missing, held to ransom by warlords in a remote part of Bougainville.

Novelist Lloyd Jones, author of the 2006 novel Mister Pip that inspired the building, finds it all hard to fathom, blaming "either incompetence or indifference, which for all I know may be a local form of political interference. I don't just know [what happened to the books]".

Barry Bindings of Volunteer Service Abroad was the driving force behind the building of the library. He says the missing books are caught up in the lingering after-effects of a bloody, little-noticed Pacific civil war.

"All hands have been out, waiting for payment," he says, "but we have been refusing to pay bribes."

In 2009 Jones established the Bougainville Library Trust to build a library in Arawa, the island's main town that was left ruined by a decade of war.

Getting it built has been a triumph given Arawa is reputably controlled by three rival warlords who need to be paid off before anything can happen.

The scene is complicated by Western looters. All the steel works at the mine and the huge power station have been secretly shipped away in bits.

A group of New Zealanders tried taking thousands of litres of heavy fuel oil at the power station. They failed but not before the civil war was nearly reignited. Other people got away with the oil.

Then there are the fabled secret stashes of gold; rumours of ownership have destabilised governments in Papua New Guinea, the neighbouring Solomons and Fiji for a couple of years.

Bindings, from Te Horo near Wellington, went to Bougainville to teach locals the skills needed to build the library and then to help them build it. The Bougainville Library Trust also sent a container of building materials to Kieta, the nearby port.

Instead it ended up in Lae on Papua New Guinea's northern coast, and sat there for nearly six months.

When Bindings tried to get his material moved on to him, he says a government official asked for 3000 kina ($1660) just too listen to the complaint.

Then he was hit with all kinds of other fees and charges.

"Bougainville is a place that is very hard to get things done. The working day is only about four hours, people lie down and rest during the day," he said.

Late last year the library was completed and its first (and so far, only) book, a collection of tribal Motuna texts by Japanese linguist Masa Onishi, was put on a shelf.

Five thousand other books left Wellington early in January - and again, instead of arriving at Kieta, ended up in Lae. Bindings fears the container might suffer the same fate as the earlier one full of materials.

"The last I heard it was virtually cleared and ready for transhipment - but that was weeks ago and I haven't heard anything since."

Jones says they've suffered inexplicable and frustrating delays in Lae.

"For all that, we have built a wonderful facility which, among the usual things a library provides, will help the island rebuild its cultural confidence."

It was to have opened last month, but with the uncertainty over the books, it is now scheduled for May - when VSA will provide a librarian.

Bindings is keen to return for the opening, despite the tensions simmering in Arawa.

"There is a lot of hunger for books, but trying to get across the concept of a public library is hard," he says.

MISTER PIP MOVIE IN EDITING LIMBO

Lloyd Jones was one of the few outsiders to make it to Bougainville after the ceasefire and used its civil war as a striking backdrop for his novel Mister Pip, shortlisted for the Man Booker Prize in 2007.

It was about a girl caught in the war and a teacher, Mr Watts, who tries to continue teaching and introducing the students to Charles Dickens' Great Expectations - and its character Pip.

A movie based on the book, starring Hugh Laurie, of House fame, is being toned down to remove extreme violence.

The film, shot in Bougainville and Ashburton, is now in a re-edit limbo with the Film Commission saying only that it will be "released here later this year once final editing has been completed".

The film, made by Shrek director Andrew Adamson, has already screened at last year's Toronto Film Festival to mixed reviews. The Hollywood Reporter said it "mixes magical realism with hard-hitting historical drama in a way that feels both contrived and questionable, even if the filmmakers clearly have their hearts in the right place".

The Hollywood Reporter questioned a "lengthy sequence that's at once stomach-churning and eye-rolling" as PNG soldiers hit Bougainville.

"The scenes of violent cruelty are truly painful to sit through, but their impact is completely upended by Adamson's decision to cut in yet more Dickens references."

Neither Jones nor the Film Commission commented on the nature of the re-edit, but industry sources say a desire for the film to make a more profitable general release has led to much of the violence being removed.

WHERE IS BOUGANVILLE?

Bougainville, an autonomous part of Papua New Guinea physically located in the Solomon Islands, has a savage reality.

It began in 1989 when land owners objected to the environmental devastation caused by Rio Tinto's Panguna gold and copper mine.

When Francis Ona created his Bougainville Revolutionary Army in 1990 a vicious PNG-led civil war followed as the 160,000 people on the 10,660 square kilometre island were left stranded behind a tight blockade.

Only when a New Zealand diplomat, and now MP John Hayes, managed to negotiate a ceasefire in 1998 did the immediate fighting stop. As many as 20,000 people were dead.

Sind Anschaffungskosten bei der Depoteinlieferung von effektiven Stücken zu erfassen?

Bei der Einlieferung von effektiven Stücken können keine Anschaffungsdaten erfasst werden. Bei einer späteren Veräußerung ist die Ersatzbemessungsgrundlage anzuwenden.

Meiner Meinung verhält sich das so: Bei Auslieferung der vor Einführung der Abgeltungssteuer erworbenen BOC-Aktien fällt keine Abgeltungssteuer an (bei einer deutschen Bank). Bei Einlieferung der BOC-Aktien (bei einer deutschen Bank) können die Anschaffungsdaten nicht hinterlegt werden und daher fällt bei Verkauf Abgeltungssteuer an (Ersatzbemessungsgrundlage = 20% vom Kurswert, davon Abgeltungssteuer). Lässt man die Aktien jedoch bei einer ausländischen Bank einliefern und veräußert diese anschließend, wird von der ausländischen Bank keine Steuer abgeführt.

Genaues weiß ich jedoch nicht!!! Bin leider kein Steuerberater bzw. Wirtschaftsprüfer.
