PERTH, WESTERN AUSTRALIA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 05/29/08

De Beira Goldfields Inc. ("DE BEIRA" or the "Company") (OTCBB: DBGF)(FRANKFURT: D1Q)(WKN: A0JDS0) announces divestment of mineral interests.

De Beira has divested all its mineral project interests in order to realise funds to settle liabilities and reduce expenditure. The Company has withdrawn from the Condoroma and Suyckutambo Silver / Gold Projects in Peru, where it had been exploring to earn up to 70% interest. The Company retains no project interest in those areas. It has also sold its interest in the Colombian copper/gold project, Titiribi, in exchange for cash and listed securities. Those listed securities have themselves been sold on-market to realise cash.

The Company's contract to acquire 80% of Ecuador company, Minanca Minera Nanguipa, Compania Anonima ("Minanca") has been terminated and the Company will not proceed to complete that transaction.

The Company's primary remaining asset is a loan of approximately US$6 million to Minanca and negotiations are underway for the recovery of that loan amount, so that the funds can be used to settle all remaining outstanding liabilities of the Company.

warum interessiert er sich denn noch für de beira  warum macht der die schuldenfrei hier ist ne gewaltige story am köcheln!

aus w:o : ews besagt das aus für de beira, dreht es wie ihr longies es wollt.

aber in der news steht es eindeutig:

De Beira verkauft alle Assets, es bleibt nur ein vergebener Kredit von dem sie hoffen, daß er die Restschulden deckt.
Faktisch schreiben sie, daß sie fertig haben.

Keine Projekte mehr, alles weg.

De Beira, so ein Pushdreck, was ist eigentlich aus dem tollen gebiet geworden wo so viel gold liegen sollte, obwohl noch nicht gebohrt worden ist ... hab die story nicht mehr verfolgt, weiss nur dass 2006 als gold von 730 auf 530 gefallen ist, und alle explorer gecrasht sind, dieser wert von 2 auf 20 gestiegen ist durch kursmanipulation und push von 5 börsenbriefen gleichzeitig ...

deshalb werden negative sachen geschrieben damit die eindecken können  

was ist positiv an verkäufen von explorergebieten
das ist neutral wenn überhaupt

okay, schulden weg, aber gebiete auch weg, somit negatives weg, positives auch weg

langweilig  

lass mich raten, de beira hat das gebiet, auf dem so viel gold liegen sollte 2006, dann doch nicht übernommen, war nur ein letter of intent
