aktuelle Marktkap. 81.940$ - ein Merger würde hier in der Regel 1.000.000 bedeuten - über 1000% ;)

findest du die Info im ersten Satz, dass das Unternehmen eins von Britains Top "private companies"

Das ist eine Personengesellschaft, die nicht an der Börse gehandelt werden kann !!! Es gibt zwar Aktionäre, das sind aber die Gesellschafter. D.h. es ist nicht öffentlich!
