Hi Rob,

I think the year will be positive.

In the moment the people think to negative.

But I think: maybe it will happen a little decline. After this you should invest.

Hello out there,

why do you think the DAX will rise up in 2007? Can you tell me any reason for that? I want to believe it, but I'm not sure, if you are right. Convince me!

I'm looking for any answers,

Wim

Hi Wim,

I'm not a clairvoyant and I wouldn't invest my hole money. I orientate me on my experience. The economic trend goes good. Why the DAX shouldn't go up? Maybe it gives just not as much profit as last year. But I think, the DAX will still go up. From 1980 to 1986 the stock market went up seven years in succession. Why not the five times now? Of course it will give corrections, but these are corrections in the upward trend.

I'm interested on your opinion. Why are you doubting?

Hello again,

I am glad, you try to convince me. But I don't trust the last development of the DAX. Okay, some analysts say, the index will rise up to 7000. But a few weeks before all of them were sure the end has been reached at 6800. And I'm not sure, if there won't be a break next time. I think it could be possible then, that the Index will go down a few houndred points. The rise has been very slow last time, I think.

I only wanted to know, if the german economy is giving a solid ground for a further rising DAX. What do you thin about that?

best regards

Wim

Hi Wim,

I think, in the moment the economic trend has a solid ground and I would even say the german economy goes up. More people have a job and the domestic demand goes up. Normally these was always the weak point in the german production and this is a promising trend. Also the foreign trade goes up and I think, that the reforms begin to be effective.

Hy Rob,

congratulations: the DAX has reached the level of 7000. I was not sure, if it could happen. But okay, you have been right up to this point. We have to look forward, what happens next and talk to each other either the DAX is rising up more then 7000. If the DAX hasn't enough strength to rise and fall down, I would like to discuss this, too.

best regards,
wim

Hi folks,

ouh - the 7000, It's magical.
I'm not sure whether I should be bullish or bearish.
There are facts saying the FDAX could rise for several session. But in long-term view I'm bearish. The reason is in the long time the FDAX moved up without acceptable consolidations.

Classical analyst say that stocks are not too expensive even with the background of the bull run. But it's very subjective.

See ya

Hi,

7000 was just a short pleasure...
now I expect 6.600 and later 6.800/6.820, but in the next months not back to 7000!

Last year was one of the best for a long time, with no less than 2.7% economic growth. The global economy was flourishing too, and the euro was somewhat weaker, leaving exporters with a record real growth of over 12%.

Things brightened up on the domestic front too: Investment in the construction industry expanded more than it had done for 12 years. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said of consumption, which rose far more modestly.

It would be premature to assume that the trend will simply continue.

...was a thrilling day to me. It started bustling and ended (for me) with an activated trigger!
I'm now looking for 7,800 then up up and away to 8,100.
