komisch, aber irgendwie scheinen das neue Lebenszeichen zu sein. Das über 3.200.000 Stück über den Tisch gehen ist ja nicht gerade normal, oder?? Und dann noch BID 0,075 und ASK 0,08, heftig...Und wenn es was Neues gibt, dann wissen es die in Canada natürlich auch vor uns.......

Auroragold war ja auch so ein Fall, war am Boden mit 0,004 und erholte sich dann wieder auf über 0,30.....

Also ich bin zuversichtlich das da mal wieder was vorangeht in nächster Zeit.... 

 

 

...mit 100.000 stück sind jetzt nicht gerade ein raketenvolumen, aber die musik wurde ja in amiland gemacht und da war das volumen ja schon mächtig.

Vancouver, BC, February 17, 2009 – Buffalo Gold Ltd. (TSX-V: BUF; OTCBB: BYBUF; FWB: B4K) announces that as part of the Company’s plan to restructure there have been some changes implemented to the Board of Directors.

The Company would like to welcome the appointment of Mr. Adrian Rollke, Mr. Garry Stock and Mr. Peter Russell-Jones to the Board of Directors. Mr. Rollke has a background in corporate finance and has extensive experience as a senior officer and director of public companies. He was the secretary/treasurer and director of Atlanta Gold Corp., a Toronto Stock Exchange company, and he was extensively involved with Consolidated Ramrod Gold Corp., a TSX 300 listed company. Mr. Rollke is the founder of Pencari Resource Corp., a company trading on the TSX Venture Exchange. Currently he is on the Board of Oriental Minerals and Cascade Resources, both listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. Mr. Garry Stock brings more than 12 years of experience in the junior mining industry and has completed the chartered financial analyst designation He graduated with a bachelor (honours) in economics from McMaster University. Currently, Mr. Stock is the president of Teslin River Resources and the chief financial officer of Mega Moly Inc., both companies trading on the TSX Venture Exchange, as well as vice-president, corporate development, for Longview Capital Partners. Mr. Peter Russell-Jones has over 20 years of experience in the corporate environment, having commenced his career with Price Waterhouse. Much of this time has been spent in the resource sector in senior management positions. He was instrumental in establishing a venture capital fund management group in Australia, which currently has $100-million under management. These individuals bring a wealth of experience to the Board of Buffalo Gold and are excited about the opportunity to assist the Company in moving forward. Buffalo Gold Explains Trading Halt
Vancouver, BC, May 12, 2009 - Buffalo Gold Ltd. (TSX-V: BUF; OTCBB: BYBUF; FWB: B4K) Management wishes to inform its shareholders that trading in Buffalo's shares was halted this morning due to a cease trade order issued by the British Columbia Securities Commission for failing to file the Company's audited financial statements and management discussion and analysis for the fiscal year ended December 31st, 2008 within the time prescribed by National Instrument 51-102.

The Board of Directors and management are working with Buffalo's auditors to expedite this process to insure a quick reinstatement of trading for Buffalo Gold shareholders.
