Avion Gold mit Rekordhandelsvolumen !
Die Gesellschaft besitze zwei Liegenschaften in Mali, Westafrika, und dürfte in diesem Jahr 52.900 Unzen Gold zu Cashkosten von 505 USD je Unze fördern. Bis 2013 wolle die Unternehmensführung die Produktion auf 141.000 Unzen bei Cashkosten von 480 USD je Unze ausweiten. Praktisch könne Avion Gold das geplante Wachstum aus eigenen Mitteln und dem laufenden Cashflow finanzieren.
Nach Schätzungen der Analysten von Canaccord Adams werde das Papier mit einem nächstjährigen KGV von unter 3 gehandelt. Sollte das Unternehmen seinen Wachstumsplan erfolgreich umsetzen und der Goldpreis bis 2013 auf 1.400 bis 1.500 USD je Unze ansteigen, dürfte Avion Gold einen Gewinn von weit über 100 Mio. USD erzielen. Daher solle man sich von dem Kursanstieg von 1.000% nicht abschrecken lassen.

(Reuters) - Avion Gold Corp said production has started at its newly developed underground mine at the Tabakoto gold deposit in Mali, West Africa.
The West Africa-focused company, which holds 80 percent of the Tabakoto and Segala gold projects in Mali, said the Tabakoto underground mine is scheduled to produce about 470,000 tonnes of ore in 2012.
"It (commencement of production) is an important step in the company's goal of achieving 4,000 tonnes per day of process plant capacity in 2012," Chief Operating Officer Andrew Bradfield said in a statement.
The increase in capacity is expected to achieve a run-rate of 200,000 ounces of gold per annum by the fourth quarter, Bradfield said.
Ore is currently being extracted from the stope, a steplike excavation made in a mine. The entire stope is estimated to contain 10,600 tonnes of ore at an average diluted grade of 4.11 gram/tonne of gold, the company said.

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - March 23, 2012) - Avion Gold Corporation (TSX:AVR)(OTCQX:AVGCF) ("Avion" or the "Company") announces that it continues to monitor the situation and is keeping watch on events in Mali where members of the national army have mounted a coup.
Avion's management team, Board of Directors and the Forbes & Manhattan advisory team have spoken to and continue to have communications with Avion's management team at site in Mali. The company is also happy to report that Avion board members, the Hon. Pierre Pettigrew, ex Foreign Affairs Minister of Canada and Major-General (Ret.) Lewis MacKenzie as well as Forbes & Manhattan advisory board member General John Abizaid US Army (Ret.) are all working closely with management team and their respective contacts in the government and the military. Endeavour Mining Corporation gab gestern bekannt, dass man mit Avion Gold Corporation eine bindende Vereinbarung getroffen habe, wonach Endeavour alle ausgegebenen und ausstehenden Stammaktien von Avion erwerben wird.
Die Aktionäre erhalten pro Avion-Aktie 0,365 einer Endeavour-Stammaktie. Damit wird Avion mit 0,88 CAD je Aktie oder 389 Mio. CAD bewertet.

die 0,81 CAD sind fix, allerdings sind die 0.365 Anteile pro Avion Aktie auch fix und daran orientiert sich jetzt wohl der Preis.
D.h. auch, um sow eiter der Kurswert von Endeavour Mining Corp fällt, umso tiefger fällt der Avion Kurs. Aber wer verkaufts eine Aktien für 0,55 Euro? Dann doch lieber tauschen, dennd ann bliebt man an den guten Aussichten von Avion beteiligt.
