wieso sind die umsätze von verity für uns nicht intressant? diese gelder fließen doch genauso in aistiva..  

werden dir Aqualiv-Aktien wohl auch bald in Aistiva umbenannt.

also fliessen auch von aqualiv (aivista) in der Bilanz die Umsaetze und Gewinne von Verity mit ein.  

 

wird man aqualiv umsätze finden, aber keine umsätze von verity in aqualiv  

 

in dem letzten Bericht von Aqualiv taucht die Millionen-Dollar-Uebernahme (Belastung) von verity auf. Gleichzeitig wird von den Besitzstaenden von verity berichtigt usw.  

die rechtslage nicht im amiland weiss nur das es in meiner firma so abläuft... Aber es kann uns wurscht sein aqualiv/aistiva muss ihre produkte gut vermarkten und an den mann bringen das wir drauss wirtschaften. Durch die produktionkostensenkung u. Preissenkung sind wir auf den richtigen weg  

wie groß is die Konkurrenz in dieser branche im amiland? Was bieten die andren an? Und zu welchem preis?  

auch ich kenn das US-Steuergestz nicht.
Aber ich kann mir vorstellen, dass aus steuerrechtlichen Gruenden eigentlich Verity als umsatzstaerkere Firma Aqualiv geschluckt hat. Verity spart sich somit den Boersengang. Nicht umsonst ist Mr. Spader erster CEO und nicht Mr. Hoffman.
