Position in Europa weiter ausgebaut
Friedrichsthal, 13. Januar 2000 - Die infor business solutions AG,
Softwarehaus und mit über 3.000 Kunden führender europäischer Anbieter
betriebswirtschaftlicher Komplettlösungen im Internet, wird ein
österreichisches ERP-Vertriebs- und -Beratungshaus übernehmen. Ein
entsprechender Vorvertrag wurde heute in Friedrichsthal unterzeichnet.
Der Vorstand des am Neuen Markt notierten führenden deutschen
Anbieters von Internet Business Applications (IBA) sieht in der
bevorstehenden Akquisition im Zusammenhang mit den in den letzten
Wochen erfolgten Übernahmen und strategischen Partnerschaften einen
weiteren wichtigen Schritt zum Ausbau des internationalen Geschäfts.

infor acquires established ERP consulting and sales company in Austria
Position in Europe further strengthened
Friedrichsthal, Germany, 13 January 2000 - Software house, infor
business solutions AG, is in the process of acquiring an Austrian ERP
sales and consulting company. With over 3,000 customers, infor
business solutions AG is a leading European provider of complete
business management Internet solutions. A preliminary contract was
signed by the two companies today in Friedrichsthal, Germany.
The Executive Board of this leading German Internet Business
Applications (IBA) provider, quoted on Frankfurt`s Neuer Markt, sees
this imminent acquisition, together with the company`s recent
successful acquisitions and strategic partnerships, as a further step
in the strengthening of its international business activities.
